Warranty on Chenfind Lighting Fixtures

Chenfind warrants the following cataloged products and parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies for the period specified below. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser or commercial purchaser, as applicable.

Warranty Period

Two (2) years from the date of purchase.

We Sent Damaged Items

The buyer has 30 days to open the goods after receiving them. You should check for damage or missing items. Please keep the photo or video evidence of the damaged goods when you open them, and then contact us in time. We will reissue damaged parts or the entire luminaire free of charge. The seller will cover the freight. If you find damage more than 30 days after signing, we will handle it based on the evidence you provide. You will pay for shipping. We recommend opening the goods in time to check for damage when you receive them. This ensures that you can get the warranty rights you deserve.

Non-man-made damage to lamps and lanterns

Two (2) years from date of purchase. In case of non-human damage to the lamp, we will reissue the damaged parts or the whole lamp for you free of charge.

What We Will Do?

Chenfind will repair or replace any defective product or part, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period. The warranty covers the product or part described above. This applies to defects in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied.

What Is Not Covered?

The following carry no warranty other than the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from reasonable wear and tear, voltage outside of the North American Standard Voltage Range 108 to 132 VAC (60HZ), acts of God, misuse (including using the product for an unintended application), abuse, improper packaging of product returned to Chenfind , neglect, and improper or incorrect installation, maintenance, or repair. This also applies to failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. We recommend hiring a professional electrician to install and repair our products.
